RAND E. BRENNER, Founder & CEO, has over 25 years experience in launching new start-ups, financing businesses, strategic planning, entertainment licensing, and consumer products marketing. He has started, managed and sold several start-up companies in the fitness, consumer products and business-to-business industries. He had an extensive business career in the entertainment industry, where he held executive positions in the licensing divisions at Saban Entertainment (Power Rangers) and Warner Bros Consumer Products (Batman, Looney Tunes).  Mr. Brenner remains active in the licensing industry as a consultant to consumer product companies seeking to expand their revenues through licensing.  He serves as a business development adviser to WallStreet Research, an investment research firm specializing in small cap public companies, and is a guest lecturer at the CEO Space entrepreneurial program, a week long intensive business training for business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals. Mr. Brenner was a guest speaker at the 2003 Hong Kong FilmArt, and was also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Redlands, where he taught undergraduate classes in marketing.  Mr. Brenner received his undergraduate degree from California State University - San Jose and his Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University (Malibu, California).
